Boston GreenFest 2012 Video Contest:
How Would You Greenovate Boston?

Boston GreenFest 2012 is running the first annual Boston GreenFest Video Contest in partnership with Greenovate Boston, a new initiative of the City of Boston.

Boston businesses, organizations, residents and all enthusiasts: Tell us how to Greenovate Boston in a one minute video!

We have extended the Deadeline!
New Deadline for Submission is August 10, 2012 @ 4pm

Winning videos will be announced & shown at Boston GreenFest on August 17, 2012. The winner receives a free one-year Hubway membership and will be featured prominently on the websites for Greenovate Boston, City of Boston & Boston GreenFest. Special surprise gifts from Chipotle!

The Boston GreenFest 2012 Video Contest is made possible in partnership with the City of Boston and Boston GreenFest. Greenovate Boston is a collective movement to ensure a greener, healthier, and more prosperous future for the city by meeting Mayor Thomas M. Menino's goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 25 percent by 2020. Visit www.GreenovateBoston.org to learn more. How to enter:

1. Upload the video to YouTube, making sure to include the keyword "bosgreenvid" in the tag or description. Please make sure that the "About" section of your user profile includes your contact information. If your contact information is not publicly accessible via your bio, send an email including your Name, Telephone, and Film Title to: info@bostongreenfest.org.

2. Though it is not required for entry, we encourage tweeting your video link to @BosGreenFest and @greenovatebos using hashtag #bosgreenvid and/or post to the wall at facebook.com/bostongreenfest.

Contest Details:
Only one video per entrant is allowed. Do not use copyrighted material (including music) without express written permission. The City of Boston and Boston GreenFest reserve the right to use all videos submitted to the contest on their websites and social media outlets. The City of Boston and Boston GreenFest reserve the right to disqualify any video for any reason, so keep the video family friendly. Judges' family members and friends can not enter this contest.
