There are many opportunities to volunteer prior to and at Boston GreenFest 2014. We are planning our big event now and can use writers to help with feature articles, blogs and social media. Please get in touch with us if you are interested: coordinator

At Boston GreenFest 2014
During the days of August 14-17, we will need as many people as possible to participate in our volunteer team. We are on an important mission to bring about a sustainable transformation of ourselves and our community. We would be honored to have you help Boston GreenFest 2014 serve as a catalyst.

We will need people for the following missions:

GreenGuides to direct people around the site.

RecycleGuides to thank people for recycling and be sure that trash is not mixed with recycling.

Green Managers to help in each area of the festival, particularly with the exhibitors and vendors, troubleshoot, relay messages and provide assistance to those who need it.

Information Desk and Exhibitor Sign-in

Movers and Shakers to set up and break down the site.

Stage Hands to help with the needs of our three performance areas and fashion show.

Green Demographers to help find out who comes to Boston GreenFest!

EcoKids Helpers to engage in the kids' activities - help with keeping the kids involved and learning - scavenger hunts, recycled art projects, safety for the inflatables, etc.

EcoArt Assistants to help with art installations and workshops. We NEED LOTS OF PEOPLE TO HELP WITH THIS - Even if you're not an artist, you can have fun doing a big community art project!

EcoPoetry Assistants to help with poetry, banners and workshops.
