Marc Older

Marc has an impressive background and we are fortunate to have him with us.  He has more than 30 years of planning and economic development experience for the public and private sectors along with 15 years of experience consulting on development projects in Japan in the USA, Asia, Mexico and elsewhere.
He has been a Master Planning Consultant to Cities and Towns focusing on revitalizing their retail areas;
First Director of Boston's "Harbor Park" Waterfront Planning and Development office and
Deputy Director for Housing and Neighborhood Development at the Boston Redevelopment Authority.
He does grant writing for nonprofits seeking to build housing and other facilities with Federal and State Funding.
