Mario Portugal-Ramirez

Mario Portugal-Ramirez is a sociologist with over 10 years of experience working with diverse grassroots organizations in Bolivia and Ecuador. Currently at UMass Boston researching the areas of critical global health and digital medicine. Other research interests include imaginaries of death and body, and indigenous people politics from South America.
