FAQ

What does it cost to come to Boston GreenFest?

It is FREE for everyone to come and enjoy!

What are the hours?

Boston GreenFest is open from noon-10 pm on Friday and Saturday. On Sunday, it is open from noon-6 pm. Exhibitor hours finish at 6 pm on all three days, except for the EcoBazaar, the Local Food Truck Emporium and the Wine & Beer Garden which remain open until closing.  Plan to spend your evenings with us!

Do you have events for children?

We have a full program for children at the EcoKids Center which has many interactive exhibits, robots, games, pony rides and petting zoo.

Are you looking for volunteers?

Yes! Please check out tab that says, "Volunteer!" under this FAQ menu.

How do exhibitors and vendors register?

Please fill out the contact form and we will get right back to you!

Is the event wheelchair-accessible?

Yes!  Boston City Hall Plaza is accessible by wheelchair and we provide wheelchair accessible restrooms.  Food, water, exhibits, and stages are all accessible by wheelchair.  The Main Stage can be viewed from below or above the risers.

Although we do not have a first aid tent per se, our site management is experienced in CPR/First Aid and we work with the City of Boston's EMS department.

Does the festival accommodate hearing-impaired attendees?

Yes!  On the Main Stage all the live performances will be announced in writing on the big screen. Let us know in writing if you are planning to attend the EcoYouth Leadership Congress and how we can meet your needs.  The BostonGreenFilmFest will have films that are captioned.

We will be working with new app technology to accommodate speech-to-text conversation via phone.  Please let us know if you have any special needs prior to June 30, 2018 so we can prepare for you.
